Q/ Is a stairlift installation complicated and time consuming?
A/ A stairlift will only take a few hours to fit. Modern day stairlift's have been designed for easy installation.
Q/ What guarantees do I have if I purchase a stairlift from you?
A/All new stairlift's should come with a 12 month warranty. Extended warranties can be purchased and are available on demand.
Q/ Will I be advised on how best to operate the stairlift?
A/The trained engineer who installs your lift will give you a full working demonstration on completion.
Q/ Will other members of the Family / Friends still be able to use the stairs after the installation?
A/Yes modern stairlift's allow ample room for other people to use the stairs. Our slim line stairlift's will fit comfortably into the narrowest of spaces.
Q/ How loud is the stairlift?
A/The stairlift should run with minimal noise this should be guaranteed by your supplier.
Q/ How is the stairlift powered?
A/ The stairlift is powered by two DC batteries which are charged from the electrical mains. This allows the stairlift to keep working even if there is a temporary power cut.
Q/ How will I use the stairlift if it is downstairs and I am upstairs?
A/This is a common question when there is more than one person using the lift. All modern stairlift's are equipped with remotes allowing the user to operate the lift from a distance.
Q/ Can I take out an extended warranty to ensure total piece of mind?

Q/ How long will it take for an engineer to arrive if I do have a problem?
A/Where ever you are in the UK a lift engineer will call out within 24hrs of reporting a problem
Q/ Where does the stairlift fit?
A/ The stairlift is attached to the treads of the stairs not the wall like most people think.
