Making A Purchase
1-The Order Process
-Online Transaction
Please find the product you desire and select the "add
to basket" button at the bottom of the page.
Once you continue to the checkout page you will have
to select the quantity you require. If only one item is
required then move on and select which type of shipping
you require. This can be done by selecting the down arrow
to the right of the window. Once you have completed these
two steps either:
Select the "Continue Shopping" button to continue
to browse or select "checkout now" to continue
to the details page.
A message will appear asking "Do you want
to display the non-secure items".
Don't worry about this message none of your personal
details will be obtained by any other person/organisation
other than ourselves. Simply select Yes or No; Our logo
will or won't be displayed depending on your choice.
Please then enter all the information as instructed ensuring
all fields with * are completed in order for your transaction
to be successful. Once completed select the " pay
with credit/debit card" button at the bottom of the
page. This will take you to our secure payment provider
Protx. We guarantee that all details and personal information
will be kept private at all times.
When you reach the Protx payment page simply enter your
card details and select the button at the bottom of the
page. When this is complete you will receive a confirmation
e-mail and then you will be contacted to confirm delivery
date, (please see section 4 shipping and handling time
for further info.)
IMPORTANT
All prices shown are VAT exempt, to qualify you must
get the user not the buyer to fill in and sign a VAT declaration
form, (please see section 3 VAT-exemption for for info,).
We must receive this form before any items can be released.

2- Warranty and Guarantee
All our products at Zentech Healthcare services are covered
by a 12 month manufacture warranty as standard. Certain
products may have a longer warranty please see the product
description for more information or call free phone 0800
028 34 99.
The warranty will not cover damages such that have been
caused due to accidental damage or undue care. This criterion
could involve dropped components or user misuse.

please contact us with any queries you may have with regard

3- VAT Exemption
Our prices that appear both in our shop and on the web-site
are VAT exempt. This is because most of our customers
qualify for VAT exemption.
Almost all of our customers qualify for this exemption.

Please note that if VAT exemption has been selected at
the point of purchase by the customer no products will
be sent unless we have received this document completed
and signed.
To claim VAT relief on your purchase follow the below
instructions:
To qualify for exemption please just select our on-line
declaration form: VAT-Exemption
and submit it with your order via post to the above address
or fax it to 02920 578 010. Please remember that the details
entered on the form must be the users information not
the payment providers.
4 - Shipping Time + Handling
All stock items will be shipped next working day subject
to VAT status. If you qualify for VAT exemption we must
receive a signed form before any products can be released.
You can access this form from VAT-Exemption. For further
information see VAT section above.
All non stock items will be shipped within 2-3 working
days, you will be contacted on the day of purchase to
confirm the delivery date if order has been placed before
3PM that working. If you would like to know if the item

5 - Delivery and Payment
Zentech Services Ltd provides free delivery to the British mainland for all stocked goods straight to your
door however there will be a charge for any non stocked items, please phone 0800 028 34 99 for further info. We accept most major bank cards, (please see the
list at the bottom of the page).You can rest assured that
your details are safe when buying online as our web site
has its own secure server for full payment protection.
If you are not confident to use the online payment facility
then please phone 0800 028 34 99 for an alternative.
Zentech Services Ltd will ensure that your purchase will
arrive safely and without loss or damage. If your purchase
has not been received then please write to us within 48
hrs of stated delivery date. Claims for damages can only
be accepted if the words 'received damaged' are written
on the carrier's docket. Goods should therefore be carefully
inspected prior to signing the docket as Zentech Services
will not be responsible for the costs attributed to the
repair or replacement in such a case.
6 - Returns Policy
All of Zentech Services customers receive a severn day
"cooling off" period from the date of which
the product has been signed for in which orders can be
cancelled for any reason for a full refund less the delivery

Providing goods have not been dispatched , we would normally
refund a deposit in the case of cancellation of a regular
stock item. Special orders of non-stock items must be
paid for in full and will not be cancelable.
Important
Upon receipt of the goods, if the customer decides to
return the product (s) you will be responsible for return
delivery; incurring any delivery costs unless the goods
are agreed by us that they are faulty. All returned goods
must be received by us in an unused and re-saleable condition
with the original packaging and other informative material
undamaged and present.
